Auto Cable

UK & Ireland

Public procurement radar for small suppliers

We read every public contract notice. You read the ones that fit.

Public bodies in the UK and Ireland publish thousands of contracts a week, free and public. Auto Cable matches them against one company Profile — yours — and gives every Match a verdict: bid, watch or skip.

Not an alert feed. A short, decided list, and the pack you need to bid.

One field: your website address. You see your own matched contracts before anything is for sale, and the check asks for no email and no card.

01Today

Four ways small firms handle public contracts. None of them work.

A nine-person cleaning contractor has no bid team and no evenings to spare. This is what is on offer.

Nothing at all

£0

The contracts are still awarded. Somebody else writes the bid.

Official keyword alerts

£0

Dozens of notices a day, wrong region, wrong size. Muted within two weeks.

A procurement platform

£200–500 / month

Built for a bid team, and priced for one. Per seat, every month.

A bid writer

£1,000–5,000 / bid

Paid before anyone has asked whether the tender is worth bidding.

The money is real, recurring and published in advance. The firms least equipped to see it are the ones it was written for.

02How it will work
  1. 01

    You paste your website address

We read the site and draft your Profile: what you sell, how far you travel, what size of contract you can service. Three lines, already answered.

  2. 02

    We read the notices

Contracts Finder, including below-threshold contracts from around £12,000, and Find a Tender. Official open data, free and public. No scraping, no third-party account.

  3. 03

You get a verdict, not an alert

Each Match arrives with the buyer, the contract value, the closing date with days left, and one sentence on why it fits. Then the call: bid, watch or skip.

  4. 04

    Then it happens every Friday

A Digest of 3 to 8 matched contracts. When one is worth bidding, a Bid Kit decodes that tender into a checklist, a scoring breakdown and a deadline plan.

03The deliverable

A Match, as it arrives on your Radar.

The fields are blank on purpose. We show real published contracts when they are your matches, never invented ones as decoration. Fill this sheet in with your own.

Somebody has to read 2,000 notices to find the one worth an evening. That is the job we are taking.

04What it will cost

Two prices, printed here, where you can read them.

Radar Pass

€199

Twelve months of weekly matched contract Digests, plus your Radar. One payment, one company Profile. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.

Bid Kit

€149

One named tender, decoded: every requirement as a checklist, eligibility gaps against your Profile, the scoring criteria with weightings, a deadline plan counted back from the portal cut-off, and a response outline in the buyer’s own wording.

Set in serif, because it is a document, not a web page

Both of ours are one-time payments in euros, taken on a hosted checkout. The alternatives are billed in pounds and keep coming back: £200–500 every month for a platform, from £1,000 for each bid a writer submits.

05How we will not sell it

Four things this company will never do.

  • No demo call before the product

You see your own matched contracts before we ask for anything. No sales call stands in front of the proof.

  • No monthly bill, no per seat

A pass is a fixed twelve months. When it ends, your Radar turns read-only and keeps every Match forever.

  • No fear as the closer

We will never headline a fine, a threat or a countdown. The contract value is the argument.

  • No selling the same Match twice

A Match belongs to the Profile it was scored against. We do not resell it to four of your competitors.

The contracts are already published. The reading is the part nobody has done for you.

Paste your website address, see your own matched contracts with a verdict on each, and decide from there. It costs nothing and takes about a minute.
